I encourage everyone to come down for a trial 1-1 session, however I feel it is important that potential new customers of Believe and Achieve Personal training Portsmouth see what some of my other customers think of my service.

Check out my reviews below, a lot of these customers you will meet at the RNLI charity events I run.
Portsmouth personal trainer testimonial 1 from Gavin M
I was fed up with my fitness and always felt lethargic, then I met Rob. After a few personal training sessions I immediately started to feel a change, I knew that I needed someone to motivate me to get fit and tone up. My fitness levels have improved beyond recognition, I have competed in the Cape Argus Cycle Race (110k), returned to playing competitive tennis, competed in numerous running events including the 2500th Anniversary of the Original Marathon (Marathon to Athens) and this year (2011) I will achieve a personal ambition – The London Marathon!
I originally signed up for a limited number of sessions, however have enjoyed my workouts and feel motivated to maintain my new found fitness level.
Rob creates interesting fitness rigimes and competitions for all his clients, they create a lot of interest and competiveness, I even managed to win a couple of the events! Rob is great at understanding my needs and sets me realistic goals which I have managed to achieve, Rob has also advised on my diet and manipulated me (in a positive way!) into being a healthier, fitter and more motivated person
