PERSONAL TRAINERS/FITNESS AMBASSADORS
Having spent many years working in the fitness and weight loss industry in gym’s and health clubs across Hampshire, Rob Piggott decided to set up on his own and so in 2000 Believe and Achieve was born.
Believe and Achieve offer both one to one and group training sessions. We can train you in the comfort of your own home. If you prefer to be out in the fresh air then we will train outdoors, every session is completely tailored to your individual needs and to help you meet your goals.
Wherever you’re looking to lose or manage weight, improve your fitness, grow muscle mass, tone up or even train for a particular event like a marathon then we will help you get there.
I am a motivational & supportive life coach and personal trainer, enabling you to realise your full potential via a holistic lifestyle based approach, where success can be achieved by all. However please don’t take my word for it, check out some of the testimonials collected from a handful of my longstanding clients, by visiting my testimonial page. You will be able to meet some of these clients at the Running charity events I organise for the Portsmouth RNLI life boat station.
Sarah Gardiner is a personal trainer with over 6 years experience working with clients in commercial gyms and the emergency services.

Sarah also works with clients in their homes and outside spaces, if you are new to exercise, working towards weight loss or need some motivation, 1 to 1 training could work for you.
Sarah is a qualified sports massage therapist and GP exercise referral trainer as well as holding many class instructor qualifications.
“I have been a client of Sarah’s for 3 years now, I currently have a weekly session where Sarah comes to my house, I have a hectic schedule and I look forward to this hour every week. Sarah works me hard, she is very inventive with our sessions and I don’t think I’ve ever done the same things, she has a variety of equipment she brings too. I am fitter, stronger, more flexible and feel far healthier. Sometimes my teenage son joins in the session, he is very fit and I love seeing how I compare to his ability.” Cathy, 50

“I have known Patrick now for some time both as a friend and professional/ personal trainer. He is committed to improving the lives of others with time, fitness advice, planning and guidance. He is also a dedicated athlete striving for excellence.
After undergoing significant spinal surgery due to a running collision Patrick took time to listen, draft a fitness programme specific to my ability and rehab, gently increasing my work load week by week, and made himself available as and when I needed him.
Thankfully I have now made a full recovery to fitness and running again thanks largely to the time, work and effort Patrick put in to assist my rehab and comeback. I really don`t think I would be at the stage I am at without his dedication and commitment.” Mark Borg
