Having spent many years working in the fitness and weight loss industry in gym’s and health clubs across Hampshire, Rob Piggott decided to set up on his own and so in 2000 Believe and Achieve was born.
Believe and Achieve offer both one to one and group training sessions. We can train you in the comfort of your own home. If you prefer to be out in the fresh air then we will train outdoors, every session is completely tailored to your individual needs and to help you meet your goals.
Wherever you’re looking to lose or manage weight, improve your fitness, grow muscle mass, tone up or even train for a particular event like a marathon then we will help you get there.

A full Kayaking service in the summer, either in the marina or out on Southsea sea front in our double and single person Kayaks. Full safety equipment is provided and you’re taken out by an experienced personal trainer.
Adventure races working in a team with other clients and myself, is another popular idea we use. This is a great way to get fit and meet lots of new local people all at the same time.
Mountain biking out and about around Portsmouth, the new forest and the South Downs, a great way to increase your fitness lose weight and discover the surrounding country side.
I believe there is a marathon in everybody. Marathon running is one of those massive life accomplishments and I can help you achieve this. I have helped many clients over the years (including celebrities) to go from never running to completing a marathon.
